Labor of Love Contest
By entering the “Labor of Love” contest, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Eligibility: This contest is open to registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organizations located in Colorado. Entrants must be legal residents of the United States and at least 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Code Blue Computing are not eligible to participate in or win the contest. Immediate family members include spouses, children, parents, and siblings.
Contest Period: The contest begins on 8/21/2024 and ends on 9/20/2024. All entries must be received by NOON MST on 9/20/2024 to be eligible.
Entry Requirements: Entrants must complete the official contest application in its entirety. Incomplete or inaccurate submissions will be disqualified. Limit one entry per organization.
Winner Selection: Winners will be selected based on the impact the prize can have on the organization’s cybersecurity and operations. The winner will be notified by email within 10 days of the contest’s end date. The decision of the judges is final and binding.
Prize: The winning organization will receive a cybersecurity transformation package valued at up to $10,000.00. The specifics of the prize are subject to change based on the winner’s needs and organizational requirements. No cash or other substitution will be permitted.
Publicity: By entering the contest, entrants agree to allow the sponsor to use the organization’s name, logo, and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
Liability Release: By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Code Blue Computing, its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and all their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents from any and all liability for any injury, loss, or damage to persons, including death, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize or participation in this contest.
Governing Law: This contest is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising out of this contest shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Colorado.

Changes to Contest: The sponsor reserves the right to modify or cancel the contest at any time without prior notice.
